Yoga classes utilise classical  Hatha Yoga postures, are multi-level and each student works according to their own capacity respecting their body’s limits but also challenging them.
Mats/blankets etc are provided.

Private individual Yoga classes P.O.A.

Meditation classes provide simple techniques to improve mental clarity, emotional and psychological balance and a deep spiritual connection with the Inner Self.

Calma Club was created to help us bring life back into balance. In the hectic daily schedule of daily living, stress, anxiety and fatigue often take over. Many of us use our leisure or hobbies to ‘get away from it all’ –this is a chance to appreciate the richness and joy of being relaxed in the present moment, to make time and space for creativity, fun and personal renewal.

Calma Club activities promote awareness and the means towards optimum calm and well-being.
