Calma Lifestyle is committed to ensuring satisfaction with our programs and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the program start date or digital product purchase.
- Refunds are only available if less than 25% of the program or course content has been accessed or completed.
- No refunds will be provided after full access has been granted or the program has commenced beyond 25% completion.
To request a refund, contact us at info@calmalifestyle.com.au with your name, order details, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
