My background spans leadership development, wellbeing-informed practice, and organisational delivery. Over the past decades, I have worked across individual, team, and organisational contexts, supporting leaders to align purpose, performance, and long-term sustainability without sacrificing integrity or wellbeing.

I am the Founder and Director of Calma Lifestyle, a multi-award-winning practice delivering evidence-informed programs in leadership, wellbeing, and personal development. Through this work, I have built and led multidisciplinary teams, designed structured programs, and supported diverse clients across private, organisational, and digital environments.

My experience includes strategy, business development, and content creation for scalable leadership and wellbeing initiatives, alongside confidential one-to-one work with professionals in VIP private settings. I have collaborated with corporate, community, and sector-based stakeholders to deliver programs that balance human complexity with professional standards and accountability.

My approach is grounded, practical, and thoughtful.
